PRESSURE
What is the worst problem you have come across while painting?
A chase in the metro after it stops running, without any flashlight, in complete darkness because the pigs hit the switches in the whole tunnel. I fell and hit my nose on some metal object… I got up and kept running totally dizzy and bleeding a lot, all with the guards and the cops behind us… and in the end they came from the front as well. Finally I got invited to stay two nights in place with metal bars for doors.

COLORS
What color combination have you chosen for this piece and why?
A couple of browns and a Party Yellow to give it some effects in the fill. Grey background, I improvised a type of rock pattern, and a Paris Blue in the 3D. I love using the same range of colors for background as the rest of the piece… personal taste!

DRYING
What is the longest period you’ve gone without painting?
Somewhat over a month…

So whats you’re verdict on the experience of painting with Hardcore 2?
Covers good and really fast. A bit strange in the sensibility while doing lines at first, I have to get used to the pressure of the can i think!

I am Sune, i was born in Zamora where i began painting in the early nineties, and for the moment I’m living Salamanca and can’t tell you where ill be tomorrow.

What is the maximum amount of pieces you’ve made in one day?

if you refer to walls with piece and background and all, I would say two. Throw ups and silvers i would guess quite some more.

COVERAGE
In what cities of the world have you painted?

Basel, Winthertur, Bremen, Hamburg, Weisbaden, Milan, Toulouse and almost all provinces of Spain.

PRESSURE
What is the biggest problem you’ve had painting?

Rather than a problem i would call it an anecdote: Once before i turned 18 i got picked up painting in my hometown, and the police called the mayor because he wanted to get to know me… I got quite yelled at!!

COLORS
Why have you chosen this colors this time?

uhmm.. I don’t know, I picked these colors because they caught my eye when I was in the shop. Some of them I’ve tried before and knew they where good, others just to try them out.

DRYING

Whats the longest period you’ve gone without painting?

You notice it after a week. After 2 weeks its unbearable, and after 3 to 4 weeks you don’t know what to do with yourself. I believe thats the longest that my body endured it, even if i admit that life makes it harder and harder to keep painting as time goes.

Your opinion on Harcore 2?

I had forgotten what its like to do lines with the classic Hardcore, its soft and clean. Im amazed by the new colors that came out, even if i miss some of the old ones like morado, marron tabaco, logo etc.. They cover great and they dry up in no time.. I really liked painting with them!

How many pieces have you made on the longest painting day you did?

The most is 3 in one day, but I prefer to focus on quality rather than quantity. You will see that from me in the next few years.

I painted in a few countries, Berlin, Amsterdam, Hamburg, Naples, Rome, Copenhagen, Prague, Budapest, Paris, Lisbon, Barcelona, Valencia,  Shanghai, Hong Kong, Paris, New york just to name a few…

Which is the biggest issue you have faced while painting?

I don’t have any so called issues with painting, just the interpritation of what is in my mind. To translate that to wall is never going to be perfect. But I will keep trying.

COLORS
What color combinations have you chosen this time and why?

Im not sure, maybe I subconsciously based it on a retro ski jacket or something….

DRYING
What is the maximum time you have gone without painting?

2-3 months, and that was way too long!

What you think of the experience using Hardcore 2?

The hardcore 2 range is strong, the new pop colours and coverage are good. But what I like most is the fast drying and high pressure.
