“Urban Area – A Scena Aperta” is a project directed by the DNA collective that brought El Niño de las Pinturas and Lucas Carrillo from “El Buen Arbol Studio” all the way to Rome. The Sikame story has reached people from 5 different neighborhoods in the Italian capital where in some way or another, Roman artists also participated.
Simultaneously, a kids workshop was held by Fiumicino, introducing the local youngsters to the MTN spray paints, stickers and the rest of the accessories.
The DNA platform has sent us a solid handful of images that help in explaining what happened during each of the 5 interventions in the form of a narrative.
