ZOER Paris

As a child Zoer loved to destroy, burn and crush objects, not just for fun, but to satisfy his hunger for new forms and states, to act on time and space, thereby enriching his imagination of shapes and textured materials. Through this he observed in detail each of the strains that he could create on his environment. Fascinated by cars and technical human creations, Zoer’s drawings always incorporated stacks of objects and vehicles, which revealed the depths of technicality.

Zoer went from drawing to painting in 2002 and that became the mission of his life. He created CSX in 2004 with his partner Kryo in order to discover the vast spectrum of cultures and personalities from painting in countless places.
He now concentrates on two variations around his lettering, a simplistic and childish look for the root of the spontaneity of graffiti, and a more technical, industrial and precise style, including complexifications inspired by mechanical structure and architecture.

Cuando era un niño a Zoer le gustaba destruir, quemar y aplastar objetos. No lo hacía sólo por diversión, sino por saciar su apetito por descubrir nuevas formas y estados, y jugar con el espacio y el tiempo, algo que fue enriqueciendo su imaginación aportando figuras y nuevos materiales de diferentes texturas. En base a esto fue observando con detalle cada una de aquellas cosas que le atraían y que acabarían conformando su propio entorno. Apasionado por los coches y por la tecnología creada por el ser humano, sus dibujos siempre tienden a incorporar este tipo de elementos, apilados unos encima de otros.

Zoer pasó del dibujo a la pintura mural en 2002 y desde entonces se ha convertido en su misión en la vida. Creó CSX en 2004 con su colega Kryo, con el fin de descubrir las diferentes culturas y personalidades fruto de sus experiencias en miles de lugares.
Ahora ha centrado su trabajo en el desarrollo del estilo de las letras en dos vertientes: una simple con aspecto infantil que tiene como base la espontaneidad con la que nació el graffiti, y otro más técnico y preciso, con un carácter más industrial, que tiene como fuente de inspiración la arquitectura y las estructuras mecánicas.
