Recent history builds a bridge for us with ‘Wall Writers’, a documentary which narrates the beginnings of graffiti, with the input of Taki183, Cornbread, and a long list of writers that make up the DNA of the graffiti that we know today. This is a portrait of the fury of the city and its rejection of these guys and their desire to be known, narrated by John Waters, and directed by Roger Gastman. Destined to be a classic.
