This past weekend Barcelona was host to the Tattoo Convention Expo. Like every year an exhibition of graffiti made sure to remind the tight bond there is between these two disciplines Shé, Kant, Sav45, Jai Rock, Lian, Zarro, Big Z, La Tonta el Bote and Ondo took turns to intervene over the three days of the event. In addition, the pioneer of graffiti and break dance of Barcelona David ‘The English’ delighted visitors with a photorealistic airbrushing. Selector Marx on his part was responsible for the main decoration of the event through photographs on paper.
Here is what Sendys says about it:
‘This year has been quite special, because after the first editions in the mid 90 ‘s in the ‘Cotxeres de Sants’ of Barcelona the event moved to the Farga (L’ Hospitalet) and this issue it returns to its place of origin, Barcelona, this time at La Fira at Plaza España.
Countless good tattoo artist, surrounded by a heterogeneous environment, accompanied by concerts, hot rod car shows and custom bikes, paintings on canvas and skateboards, mentalism shows , b-boying, tribal dancing , etc. And of course yet another exhibition of graffiti.‘
