BEHIND THE COLORS: PARIS GREEN

The color Paris Green’s availability in both Hardcore and Mega confirms the fact that it’s one of the most preferred colors from the MTN selection amongst writers. It’s a light green with slight bluish tinge; a gorgeous color that can be combined in infinite ways and evokes tranquility.

Many of you can probably imagine why it’s named that way, but there’s probably some of you who’ve never even thought about it.

The shade coincides with the color used on Paris’ metro design. Therefore, Paris Green is a nod to all writers who are familiar with the metro system in the city of love.

It’s not the only color that alludes to suburban graffiti. Tube Violet and Cologne Green also refer to locations related to subways. One comes from London’s Metropolitan line that is known as the “Tube”, and the other comes from the color of Milan’s metro line that you can find at Cologno’s North, Central, and South Stations.
