Daas is a North American contemporary artist who lives between Kyoto and Florida. In his work you can see how human and animal naturalism take on a new dimension due to the combination of cubist and abstract elements.
His latest mural, “Thought Forms”, was completed in Greensboro, North Carolina, and it features a set of geometric shapes that surround faces on two different locations on the same building. Evoking an intellectual universe of abstract ideas, thought and emotions, Daas managed to empty over 400 MTN aerosol cans over the project’s 10 day duration.
