It’s been a month since the guys at Shelflife organized the huge project known as ARTLIFTMENT, way down at the tip of Africa in Cape Town. 30 of the most active local artists and writers met up at Searle Street and participated in this park-jam. They busted one of the biggest murals – separated in 3 walls – we’ve seen in years!
We didn’t want to miss it. Montana Colors fit like a glove… on every hand of each and every participant there. Here is a video and various photos. It certainly was a day we’ll never forget!
* Filmed and edited by Natalie Perel. Music – LCD SOUNDSYSTEM “Big Ideas”
Special thanks to Nick from Shelflife Store for putting forth the initiative and all the materials, as well as everybody who participated.
