First day on site here at Unit44 after Remi & Stormie arrived last night. A quick catch up over a Brooklyn and the guys were away to the Hotel to charge. Bright and early they have drummed out some serious studio time whilst sharing some stories about how these pieces originally came to be. The beauty of this show is allowing two close creatives to re-live and express moments that had brought them together in some of the worlds finest locations. Already it’s clear to see the different absorption from the character and feel of the different cities. The bright, warm colours of Miami contrasted against the dark, gritty underground of NYC. Everything about the Unit44 space has come together on this project and will undoubtedly turn a few heads. We’re here in Newcastle, doing our own thing, with some of the most well respected artists in the game. Honoured.
