‘The Real Me‘, a solo exhibition by Krek FMS at Jack Sevens gallery, Manchester.
‘The Real Me’ is the first solo exhibition by Krek, and it is a mix of his various styles made under different aliases. He has intentionally chosen NOT to include any of the graffiti which he has gained worldwide fame for, except for a few photos and some police records.
By mixing childhood, Psychedelia, Graffiti paraphernalia and much more in a mix of large and small scale paintings, water colours, screen prints, poetry, & photography Krek gives the viewer a small insight to the way his mind works and the way he sees the world through it.
Many quotes, clues and secret messages runs throughout the show connecting the very different and extreme juxtaposes in his work.‘
