Today we devoted ourselves to take a look at native Mexico City artist Saner.
In the first video, by MOCATV, Saner guides us through a different view of his city while analyzing the context of the muralist phenomenon and its effect on modern graffiti.
He also explains to us how his work has become influenced by the indigenous cultures of Mexico, the characteristic style that has become his hallmark.
In the second video we can see a animated sequence that he made together with his crew and José Guadalupe Posada for the expo ‘Posada transmisor‘ at the Museo Nacional de Arte (Munal), in Mexico City. The classic skulls of Posada and the characters of Saner tells us tales that conventional murals rarely comes to reveal.

this is modern street art,and mexican art. saner,is an awesome artist.
Muralism? Graffiti? Indigenous cultures? Excuseme, guys, but this is Mexican cheap art for tourists. This is not real mexican art. Please check the art of HUMO SF, the real indigenous-graffiti-muralist-representative from Mexico. Cheers.
