Some months ago Brett Novak was contacted by the Halsey Institute in Charleston, South Carolina, to shoot a short documentary about Shepard Fairey during his expo “The insistent image: Recurrent Motifs in the art of Shepard Fairey and Jasper Johns”, held in the same institute.

His career, his love for skate and “do it yourself” culture are some of the subjects which are discussed in the video.
