‘This piece was painted in Los Angeles with Risk in 2013 on Sunset Blvd. I had a great time painting this one because it had been like 25 years or more since I had been to L.A. or seen Risk so I connected with him and he hooked up the spot. It’s funny because we had no real plan just a rough outline and some paint we just kind of free styled the wall. I remember it got really cold that day which I found weird for L.A. but, what do I know? Hadn’t been there in forever! But I really like how the end result came out. Good Times.‘
‘This was painted in 1985 in the Ghost Yard. It is one of my favorite pieces that I painted on subways just because it was simple but effective and probably the only time I had a real color plan when I painted. This was all Krylon and stock tips before the good paint and special caps were available. It was suppose to have a character along side but I got lazy.‘
‘This piece was painted in the Bronx on Drake Street in 2011 or 2012. It was a battle piece against T-Kid170. I had to put extra work into this one because you never know what to expect from a guy like T-Kid he is a true style master so needless to say it wasn’t a walk in the park that day. It was the first time I had painted with T-Kid in over 25 years. Had a great time painting with an old friend and got to bury old beefs and just enjoy the day.‘
