Montana Gallery Montpellier has the pleasure to announce the original duo expo of Katre (Paris) and Reso (Toulouse), and the show, ‘Le Cercle Fermé’, will be opened on the 8th of November and will stay there until the 6th of December.
A unedited expo in Montpellier which for the first time receives these two international artists.
Reso and Katre are well known names due to their many art projects and exhibitions both in France and abroad, two artists with great reference to contemporary urban art.
To celebrate the arrival of Reso and Katre to Montana we get a double expo titled ‘Le Cercle Fermé‘: the circle is the thread throughout the whole collection, the symbol of origin and infinite creation… an inexhaustible source!
The name ‘Le Cercle Fermé’ is also a reference to their bonds as a crew: CFL.
Having shared the theme for this exhibition, Reso and Katre invites us to discover their duality through a series of paintings of mixed techniques (photos, acrylics, Posca pens…), we get to see the execution of the process along with their aesthetic tendencies and artistry. So, the circle is closed…
