Next Thursday 5th of February the Antiga Fábrica Estrella Damm will present the documentary BCN Rise&Fall. Gustavo Lopez Lacalle and Aleix Gordó approaches us with this document about the evolution of Barcelona as the mecca of European street art up to the consequences of what was called the ‘Ordenanza Cívica‘ (Zero Tolerance), which was brought up on the city councils agenda back in 2006. Consequences which, fortunately, is confronted with  various initiatives which has come to rise in the Catalan capital.
