Marius “Mezla” Förster recently published a video made together with Vincent Reinhardt about the work he did 2014 in the town of Klötze.
‘During the autumn of 2014 I had the opportunity to paint an enormous mural on a apartment building in a residential area (Plattenbausiedlung) in my hometown. The building is located close to a primary school and some other educational institutions. This is the reason I came to address a theme about education and home. (…) In the mural the idea expands towards a wider perception of life. Furthermore it is a criticism against the educational politics which aims to inject the students with prefabricated knowledge to produce productive machines for the corporate world.‘
