A few days ago the restaurant El Celler de Can Roca received the top ranking spot of the “The World’s 50 Best Restaurants“. Our endearing friend J. Loca went to Girona to take part of a interdisciplinary dialog with the three masters of international cuisine. With an exchange of knives for MTN sprays, it seems to have been a fun experience over at “El Celler”, as to be expected when you have someone like J. Loca as a teacher.
