Belonging to Barcelona’s outskirt scene, Chuck is an unsettling writer who’s suggestive style remains outside of the recurring trends of today. Coming from a dynamic, sharp, and impressive wild style, his letters have been evolving towards a style that’s closest to Gothic or Chicano typography. But the most characteristic thing about his graffiti is that his letters have always included amorphous elements that give them a technological-body part appearance that’s perfectly linkable to cyberpunk aesthetic.
Following his Tumblr you’ll see pieces ranging from more elaborate productions with carefully chosen color palettes, to quick, vandalistic pieces, all unified by an easily recognizable style.
His sketching style isn’t any less interesting, from which we can sense are derived directly from typographic construction in the form of tags. So let’s cut the fancy talk as we leave you with a selection of his pieces that are well worth paying attention to.
