Zoer and Velvet just visited Barcelona recently with the objective to complete a large scale mural intervention in the Horta Guinardó district.
A pedestrian crossing at Ronda de Dalt (Paseo del Valle de Hebrón 212) was the urban element that served as a canvas for the French artists who finished the job between March 8th and 15th.
This initiative was developed together with a group of students from the Massana School of Barcelona and coordinated by Difusor and Espai Jove Bocanord. A workshop for investigation and contemplation about the environment into which the mural was to be placed served as a way for Zoer and Velvet to conceptually define their work.
