We’re received news about Dourone after his trip through South Africa. His latest creation is located in the city of Cape Town and it covers the facade of the Good Hope Seminary Junior Primary School in Vredehoek, a suburb of the city.
The aboriginal town of Khoi, which has existed for over 2000 years, uses the word “Camissa”, which means “the place of fresh water” and references Cape Town itself. The name is due to the clean water that Table Mountain produces and has served as a title for this peculiar intervention by the artist Dourone.
