Moving from 2d to 3d is a fantasy that many graphic artists don’t risk trying out. But that’s not the case with Ángel Toren and Dante Márquez, two perfectly complementary creators whose reciprocal inspiration allows them to embark on adventures of this nature.
MULTIVERSAL is a project that crosses through parallel realities on a three-dimensional plane. Neo-brutalism, Retro-futurism, and Memphis and Geometric design get blended into one personal language about graffiti and street art. Two installations are presented in the same exhibition space and “create a nexus of groupings between artworks with the same notions.”
