  • Personal motivation: Over the years my approach and motivation for painting has changed several times, and I hope that it will continue to do so. I like the idea of being in a never ending search for something.
    Today my focus is on letters, style and energy. I’m inspired by the people around me and the vibe and feeling of the nyc subway pieces from the 70’s.
    In the beginning I was attracted to the rebellious side of this culture, and I liked to tag wherever I went, that has definitely changed over the years.  Today the quest for fame and rebellion  is not what motivates me, it’s more about the joy and freedom I find when I’m painting, and the times I spend with the people who I share this passion and love for the culture with.
