If you like wildstyle, I guess you know that one that drove its development was Rammellzee, through his theory: The Gothic Futurism, or the battle between the letters as a symbol and the standardizations enforced by the rules of the alphabet. He was a musician, writer and above all visionary and his legend continues, beyond his death two years ago.
Now, The Suzanne Geiss Company (New York), has just opened an exhibition of his latest works. The exhibition named ‘The Equation / The letter races’ shows the staging of his theories and includes, apart from painting, sculpture: shaped craft of letters (the whole alphabet) made from recycled materials.
Here we have some photos.
